I've been coming to Honeybaked Ham for years and I don't recall this particular franchise being dirty. Then again I don't really stay to eat, I grab my food to go. But recently I did stay and eat with a friend and didn't see anything wrong. One of the workers can seem pretty rude at times.
The food however has always been on point for me. I like to get the Ham Classic (sans cheese) with pasta salad, chips, and a drink. Usually comes to about $8 and some change. Also, on some holidays that I actually cook, I'll stop by and get an order of Ham slices for my meals. I don't know what it is about this company, but the ham is so good. I used to come every week for a sand which but I figured I needed to slow down on the pork, plus my wallet thanks me as well.
This franchise is never busy when I roll through, but I'm sure it gets crazy during the holidays, because who really wants to make a ham when you can just get it here.
Don't let the other reviews scare you away. Come try it out for yourself. -

This location always seems dirty. I've stopped here for lunch 3-4x in recent months and it never gets better. Owner is super grumpy and rude to her customers. Every single table was dirty in late afternoon when I stopped in to eat and there was only one other customer besides me in the store. I witnessed an employee cleaning tables by sliding crumbs off of the table with her bare hand into her other hand. No sanitizer, wet cloth, nothing to sanitize the messes left behind. Same employee made my sandwich with no gloves after I watched her handle cash from the customer before me. I asked for soup which was brought out from the refrigerator and heated up. It was ice cold when given to me and I was told "let us know if this is cold and we will nuke it again for you." Gross. Put a little love and effort into your store and it will go a long way! I now go to the Westfield location instead for lunch.
